We take great care in ensuring that your custom printed t-shirt is made with quality materials and shipped securely. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to make the situation right.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our t-shirts are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. (e.g., faded print, incorrect design, misalignment,), If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and any photos of the item, if necessary.
Lost or Damaged Items in shipping
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement
For a refund or replacement to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- The t-shirt must have a printing defect/material defect or shipping damage as described above.
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be returned in its original condition if applicable (unworn, unwashed).
